Creativity workshop for children

On 19th August 2008 some children gathered in front of the Casa de los Tres Mundos, to do handicrafts at their own whim. Caused by the initiative of Johanna Werner, voluntary at the Casa, this unique project was able to take place. The idea was to give the children the chance to escape their everyday life for some moments and to allow free play to their fantasy.

Different objects were prepared, such as ghosts, flowers, paper planes and little boxes. Many little guests used the opportunity, to establish whole ghostfamilies or flying squadrons. But even a simple, blank paper and some crayons were enough to express their mind.

The kids came as they had seen the posted up flyers and were in attendance of their parents or alone. Many of them were asking whether the event would continue and some were interested in the art workshops of the Foundation Casa de los Tres Mundos, as well. Apart from those who showed up, many others stopped by to watch and let their activities rest for a moment. We hope, this felicitous event will be able to take place once again.
