LOCREO - La Imagen

LOCREO is a cultural program in the community which is a free offer for unprivileged departments of Granada.
It was initiated by the finnish Government seven years ago and financed for five years. Nowadays it's supported by the Foundation Casa de los Tres Mundos and financed through Pan y Arte Germany.

The program develops a permanent offer of artistic and creative workshops and activities, which deal with topics related to the human rights - especially of children and adolescents, the environment, the gender equality, the development of creativity and the cultural diversity.
This way the artistic work is contributing to the social development of the community.

Fernando López, cultural director of the Casa de los Tres Mundos is the general coordinator of the project as well. It is divided into the three areas music, arts and theater which count with one coordinator and four multipliers each.

result presentations

Every semester festivals and presentations of the results are organized, which have the objective to evaluate the approval of the workshops and the advancements of the participants. This way we try to reinforce the participation of the members of the communities and to improve the methodological work we are realizing.
