Young Austrian may do a social service at Casa de los Tres Mundos in cooperation with Austrian Service Abroad.

The Music School in the Casa de los Tres Mundos has the objective to afford the basic techniques in the areas of conduction of the instrument, composition and direction. Moreover it has the aim to teach musical theory, which permits the students to manage the adequate musical language.

The primary object of the artist studio is the advancement and the development of the contemporary easel painting. The Casa de los Tres Mundos allocates this studio for a group of local artists as a place of artistic creation and reunion.

At the moment six artists of different kinds of style categories and offers are working here independently from each other. The artist studio is open to the public and the paintings are offered for sale. Furthermore the artists offer courses of painting for interested teenager, which are talented in painting.

The graphic workshop in the Casa de los Tres Mundos is an open workshop that aims to develop and promote graphic arts and gravure.
It is open to art students, graphic artists and to anybody interested in graphic arts. Three printing machines are provided to the participants of the graphics workshop for their art works and you can find all the materials necessary for serigraphy. Besides, courses about printing and serigraphy techniques are held.

The Art School works as an open workshop for children from 6-13 years and offers bimensal courses in painting, drawing, gravure, handicrafts and sculptures of paper-mâché.

The municipal archive in the Casa de los Tres Mundos is one of the few in Nicaragua that has survived various natural and human-caused disasters. Today it features a collection of records from the city councils, the prefecture and court, mainly from Granada for dates starting in 1857.

The Foundation Casa de los Tres Mundos and the Spanish Foundation ArtSur united themselves to realize the project "Encouragement of local artists and creation of sustainable jobs with focus on the female gender, for the reinforcement of the cultural sector in Granada, Nicaragua. Phase 1 and 2", financed by the Agencia Española de Cooperación Internacional para el Desarrollo (AECID).
The benefiters of the project are local artists, who are qualifying in engraving processes and serigraphy and also receiving formation in stamping.
